Running a padel league
A round-robin league suits a regular group or a club box league. Everyone plays everyone once, and with an odd number of teams one pair rests each round. If a round has more matches than you have courts, fixtures are split into slots so you can see which games go on first. Share the link with the group so everyone sees the same table, or print the fixtures for the club noticeboard.
Running a knockout
For a one-day event, a knockout keeps things moving. List the strongest pair first to seed the draw so they can’t meet the second seeds until the final, or pick a random draw for a social event. Winners go through automatically as you enter scores. Timed matches can’t end level in a knockout, so play a golden point decider if they do.
Getting pairs matched up
Mixed-ability pairs make for one-sided matches. Ask everyone to check their level with the padel level calculator first. If people want to mix partners rather than play as fixed pairs, use the Americano generator instead. Still need a team name? Try our list of padel team names.
