10 Best Padel Rackets for Women UK (2026)
Jamie Holt29 September 2026

A "women's padel racket" is really just a lighter racket. Brands make women's versions of their lines 10–20g lighter, with the balance moved towards the handle and a softer feel. Some come in different colours too.
That matters, because racket weight is the single biggest factor in how a racket feels to swing. But it applies to anyone. Plenty of men would be better off with these rackets, and plenty of strong women happily use "men's" models.
So this list is sorted by weight and playing style, with a mix of women's models and light unisex rackets.

The 10 best padel rackets for women

Best overall
1. HEAD Evo Speed (2025)
- Oversized teardrop
- ~350g
- Fibreglass face
- Lower balance
It's our top beginner pick for everyone, and it works just as well here. At around 350g, with lower balance and an oversized head, it's quick in hand and forgiving on mishits.
It's unisex, sold by Amazon, and usually one of the cheapest rackets from a major brand at this weight.
- Buy it if
- You're in your first year of padel and want an easy, light racket.
- Skip it if
- You're an experienced player wanting more precision.

Best women's model
2. Bullpadel Flow Light Women (2024)
- Round
- 350–360g
- Low balance
The Flow is Bullpadel's women's line, associated with Alejandra Salazar. The Light version takes that design into a round, low-balance racket at 350–360g, which is ideal for beginners and improvers.
You get Bullpadel build quality without the stiffness of the pro Flow. It's a racket that will last you well past your first season.
- Buy it if
- You want a racket designed for women, from a tour brand, that's still easy to use.
- Skip it if
- You're looking for all-out power.

Best budget
3. Bullpadel Woman Game
- Control shape
- Women's model
Bullpadel describes the Woman Game as a control racket for players who value placement over power. It's one of the cheapest women-specific rackets from a major padel brand.
It's a solid, no-nonsense first racket. Check the listed weight before buying if you're sensitive to it.
- Buy it if
- You want a branded women's racket for under £60.
- Skip it if
- You need the lightest possible frame. Check the listed weight.

Lightest round racket
4. HEAD Gravity Elite
- Round
- 340g
- 270mm balance
- Control foam
At 340g, the Gravity Elite is the lightest round racket here. HEAD pitches it at casual and intermediate players who want control. The low balance makes it feel even lighter at the net.
It's also our first choice for anyone with elbow or wrist issues.
The Amazon listing covers the whole Gravity series (Pro, Motion, Elite), so make sure Elite is selected before you add it to your basket.
- Buy it if
- You want the lightest, most manoeuvrable racket from a major brand.
- Skip it if
- You're a hard hitter from a tennis background.

Best value light racket
5. Dunlop Nanomax (350g)
- Hybrid
- 350g
- Soft EVA
- Graphite frame
The 350g Nanomax pairs a soft EVA core with a graphite frame, so it feels light but not flimsy. The textured face helps with spin once you start slicing your volleys.
Make sure you've got the 350g soft EVA version. A heavier 365g model shares the name.
- Buy it if
- You want a light, comfortable racket for about £50.
- Skip it if
- You want a round control shape.

Softest feel
6. Wilson Optix V1
- Round
- 355g
- Fibreglass
- Low-density foam
A very soft, forgiving round racket from Wilson, built for players in their first months. It's great for learning to control the ball off the walls.
- Buy it if
- You want maximum comfort and control.
- Skip it if
- You want a lot of power.

Ultralight option
7. HEAD Zephyr UL
- Ultralight
- Graphene 360+
- Power foam
HEAD's ultralight racket is built for comfort and easy handling, with power foam to help the ball travel without a big swing. It's a good option for petite players and juniors moving up to an adult racket.
- Buy it if
- You find even 340–350g rackets tiring by the end of a session.
- Skip it if
- You're a strong player. It may feel unstable.

Best improver women's model
8. Bullpadel Indiga W 25
- Women's model
- Indiga range
The Indiga W is the women's version of Bullpadel's entry Indiga range. It shares the range's sturdy build with the CTR model in our beginner guide. The listing doesn't give an exact weight, so check with the seller if you need it.
- Buy it if
- You like Bullpadel and want the women's version of its entry range.
- Skip it if
- Weight is your top priority. Check the listing.

Best for improvers
9. adidas Metalbone Team Light 3.4
- Hybrid
- 345g
- Carbon
- Octagonal frame
adidas's premium Metalbone range usually means heavy, powerful rackets. The Team Light brings that carbon construction down to 345g. It's one of the few genuinely light rackets for intermediate players, and the octagonal frame keeps it stable.
- Buy it if
- You're at 2.5–3.5 level and want a light carbon racket.
- Skip it if
- You're a beginner. It's firmer than you need.

Best for advanced players
10. Bullpadel Flow Woman 24
- Diamond
- 350–360g
- MultiEVA
- Carbon
This is Alejandra Salazar's racket: a light diamond built for aggressive, advanced players. At 350–360g it's lighter than most power rackets, but it's still a diamond, with a smaller sweet spot and a higher balance.
Only buy it if your overheads are consistent. Otherwise the Flow Light above is the better Bullpadel.
- Buy it if
- You're an attacking, advanced player who wants a light diamond.
- Skip it if
- You're anything below solid intermediate.
How we picked
We looked for rackets under about 360g from major padel brands that are currently on Amazon UK, including women's models and light unisex ones. We checked weights and shapes against listings and manufacturer specs. Where a listing doesn't state the weight, we've said so rather than guessing. We avoided heavy diamond rackets except where they're built specifically as lighter models.
Choosing the right weight
340–350g: Beginners, smaller players, juniors, and anyone with wrist or elbow niggles.
350–360g: The sweet spot for most women. It's light enough to be quick and heavy enough to feel stable.
360–370g: Strong players and ex-tennis players who want more stability on hard-hit balls.
If you're between two weights, go lighter. You can add weight with an overgrip or a frame protector. You can't take it away.
Shape and balance
Round with low balance: The most control and the most forgiving. The best place to start.
Teardrop: A balance of power and control. The oversized, soft teardrops above are beginner-friendly.
Diamond with high balance: Power, but demanding. Wait until you're solidly intermediate.
Before you buy
Hire a couple of rackets at your club first. Filter courts with racket hire to find them. Then read our guides on padel shoes and bags to finish the kit list.
